Congratulations to smoking Joe Biden
Gave Donald Trump a hell of a hiding
Might not be a boozer
But sure a sore loser
Trump can’t accept the people deciding

The American people have finally spoken
Claiming back their country, COVID and broken
But Trump won’t concede
Fraud’s been decreed
Beware of the bear that’s been pricked and poken

Joe’s victory speech about how he feels
His refreshing vision with broad appeal
A new bureaucracy
To return democracy
This divided nation’s yearning to heal

A welcome end to Trump’s brutality
Can govern again with congeniality
Not just for mates
But the United States
Hope for mid-century carbon neutrality

We’ve watched the US from our own United State
Through the Ring of Steel we can now penetrate
Well done Victoria
Our time for euphoria
We’ve had no COVID cases for twelve days straight

Meanwhile Trump’s legacy is slowly derailing
Like an obese turtle, on his back and flailing
He’s taken his ball
Want’s a legal brawl
He’ll only leave office whingeing and wailing

As the President Trump was totally inept
Did everything that wasn’t politically correct
A conscious decision
To exploit division
And chaos in the country he has wilfully wrecked

But Trump’s crusade could still stay alive
His divisive delusions may even survive
His deranged views
His own fake news
Fuelling division of black and white lives

Your supporter base you don’t care about at all
You’ll cling to them trying to avoid a fall
A White House eviction
Or a legal conviction
Trump you are fired - go build your own wall!
